BRUTAL RESONANCE REVIEWS DIESEL PRIEST

Steven from Brutal Resonance reviews Diesel Priest

“Diesel Priest” is both an entertaining and thought-provoking album. After almost twenty-years in the business and countless albums, it’s no wonder Zoog Von Rock has a hold on things so much…it’s an album that can be appreciated just for it’s blistering electronic beats, but it can also be listened to for a deeper and further message.

SOUND & SHADOWS REVIEWS DIESEL PRIEST

Ken from Sounds and Shadows reviews Diesel Priest

I think the greatest power here is how the lyrics effect 16 year old me as well as 44 year old me with both the passion and intelligence. This album is an experience that hits on so many levels. Von Rock, Angelspit.

POPARTAVE REVIEWS DIESEL PRIEST

VVMPYRE Reviews Angelspit – Diesel Priest

This is certainly another great addition to Angelspit’s discography…a definite recommendation.
You would think heading towards 10 albums into an artist’s career would require a massive evolution or result in said discography becoming rather stale. However, none of these things have applied to the Australian Electro-Industrial project led by Zoog Von Rock, Angelspit.

ANGELSPIT’S NEW ALBUM “THE IGNORANCE CARTEL” OUT NOW!

Angelspit’s 9th album ‘The Ignorance Cartel‘ is available now! The 14 track album is faster and heavier than previous releases. Containing distorted driving beats, earthquake inducing bass, brash lyrics, aggressive guitars and abrasive synths collide to create a monster unfit for our times.

En Tze and Zoog Von Rock team up to make artwork steeped in ancient mysticism and data-glitched symbolism.
Featuring guest vocals from Brian Graupner (Gasoline Invertebrate) and Melody (Queen of the Static Opera).

Written in LA in the 12 months leading up to the Covid outbreak and produced during the turmoil of the worldwide pandemic lockdown.
The album’s central concept is driven by the rise of Authoritarianism and the subtle mind-control of AI algorithms dictating what we see.

Check out the rewards – including the VHS Tape and the Spiked Mask.

VHS Tape – Produced with The Basement Labs. 60min of MAYHEM. Play video and die within 7 days.

THE IGNORANCE CARTEL T-SHIRT – Male/Unisex and Lady’s Baby Doll style is printed on high quality black “soft style” 100% cotton Tshirt.

SPIKE MASK from Pawstar – metal spikes to ensure social distancing. The mask is easily washable – just unscrew the spikes. Also includes DIY kit containing patches, studs, safety pins.

SIDE-LINE REVIEWS BANG OPERATIVE

Inferno Sound Diaries from Side-Line reviews Angelspit’s album “Bang Operative “.

One of the main characteristics from this album is the production of the vocals, which have something sensual. It creates a delicious, hot match with the deep, vibrating bass lines. Another important element of the work is the constant sound manipulation creating a sophisticated touch. Angelspit sounds dark, rough and definitely punkish!

BRUTAL RESONANCE INTERVIEWS ANGELSPIT ABOUT THE ALBUM “BANG OPERATIVE”

Steven Gullotta from Brutal Resonance interviews Angelspit’s Zoog Von Rock about their new album “Bang Operative“.

Different approach, different cast, different angle, same underlying chaos.
– Angelspit

Released back in September, Angelspit’s new album “Bang Operative” is a theory in human and societal decay all in the name of glorious technology and internet stardom. The cyberpunk album rooted in real world problems via the cult-like celebrity Hollywood status paired with homelessness, Zoog took inspiration from his hometown and personal experiences to create “Bang Operative“. A work of fiction blended in reality – check out our full interview with Zoog directly below.
