Click Interview’s with Angelspit.

Each Album Must Push Something Different…I cannot constantly churn out genre specific albums – that is so boring to me, it’s just not Rock’n’Roll. I’ve changed, my audience has changed, the world has changed… I try to be inspired our collective experience and we all grow together.

SIDE-LINE REVIEWS BANG OPERATIVE

Inferno Sound Diaries from Side-Line reviews Angelspit’s album “Bang Operative “.

One of the main characteristics from this album is the production of the vocals, which have something sensual. It creates a delicious, hot match with the deep, vibrating bass lines. Another important element of the work is the constant sound manipulation creating a sophisticated touch. Angelspit sounds dark, rough and definitely punkish!

ANGELSPIT’S NEW ALBUM “BANG OPERATIVE” IS GO!

Angelspit releases their 8th studio album.

MP3 Album Cover

Bang Operative. 13 new tracks. September 09, 2019.
DARK MENACING DRIVING // CYBERPUNK Vs SYNTHWAVE

ANGELSPIT’s 8th album BANG OPERATIVE is influenced by the Synthwave sound of 1978-1981. Written and recorded in Los Angeles, the album is inspired by the city’s sprawling dystopia.

“BANG OPERATIVE is a head-on collision of Cyberpunk and Synthwave, using massive swirling synths, distorted drums and crushing guitars to create sonic clouds as thick as LA smog.”
– Zoog Von Rock, Angelspit.

The lyrics are dark and personal, commenting on stimulation-addiction, isolation, loneliness and the mayhem of modern life while balancing at the edge of sanity.

Several tracks feature dueling male/female vocals with English vocalist Cherry Bligh – who brings a new aggressive edge to ANGELSPIT’s sound.
