Fans of Angelspit and dirty electronic music alike are going to love the new album.

It is a dark humor conundrum to look at Angelspit’s latest album “The Ignorance Cartel” and compare it to the recent world events that surrounded its release. Though never intended to coincide with the Covid-19 outbreak (its progress was started twelve months before the pandemic hit) it’s hard to deviate the cyberpunk-rooted material, themes, and lyrics from all that’s been said about and during the infestation.

En Tze and Zoog Von Rock team up to make artwork steeped in ancient mysticism and data-glitched symbolism.
Featuring guest vocals from Brian Graupner (Gasoline Invertebrate) and Melody (Queen of the Static Opera).

Written in LA in the 12 months leading up to the Covid outbreak and produced during the turmoil of the worldwide pandemic lockdown.
The album’s central concept is driven by the rise of Authoritarianism and the subtle mind-control of AI algorithms dictating what we see.
